GENERAL INFORMATION about. The Kratos Face Scanning developed by Kratos 3D Technology and Industry Ltd ("Company" or "Kratos") is a novel 3D scientific imaging system for the suitable fields ("System"). The System is inclusive of a smart phone suited for scanning ("Phone") and proprietary Software. The System should only be used according to the usage instructions specified in the User Manual provided by Kratos ("User Manual").

All data generated by the use of the System ("Data") shall be solely owned by the User. User shall be solely responsible to maintain, back up and protect the Data from any corruption or unauthorized use and for compliance with all applicable law and regulation related to privacy and data protection.

COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA (WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT) OR COMMERCIAL LOSS FOR BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY.

Company reserves the right to amend the terms set in these Term and Conditions and in the User Manual at its sole discretion.
The terms hereof shall be exclusively governed by the laws of the State of Turkey. Any dispute arising under or in relation to the Purchase Order or any engagement between the parties shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Ankara, Turkey.

Mobile App Platform:

1.The following General Terms and Conditions govern the download, access, and use of the mobile application of Kratos mobile app in the version valid at the time of placing the order.
2. Mobile app is made available to you by Kratos, ITU ARI 8 Teknokent building No:2/11/2 Sarıyer/Istanbul, Turkey.
3. Mobile app is a mobile application for 3D Facial scanning and an online image data management, suitable fields such as 3D model produce, clinical surgery operations or remote consultation, analytical tools for wrinkles and volume loss and also present treatment results.
4.The app is available on iPhone version 12 and above with a stable internet connection and an internet chrome browser.
5.To use the app, users must create an account and provide accurate information.
6.By registering, users accept these terms & conditions and the app's data privacy policy.
7.Users must be at least 18 years old to use Kratos app's paid services.

Payment Services Terms for Mobile App:

1. In order to benefit from the services offered by the application, Kratos Coin must be purchased in TL (₺) currency.
2.Payment is made; before scan for scanning, while ordering for 3D model produce.
3.Payment information is processed through a third-party payment processor.
4.Users can cancel their subscription at any time by sending an email to [email protected] with full details and email subject "membership cancel."

Right of scans

Upon termination Kratos will provide a 1 months of reviewing all 3D imaged and download 2D images from each model.
